The report describes 2009 as a year of Group downsizing, with year-end employees falling to 746 from 807. Training increased to 17,248 hours, concentrated in technology and QES, while all REN companies held quality, environment and safety certification at year-end. Operationally, equivalent interruption time reached a best-ever 0.42 minutes and Group investment totalled EUR 466.3 million.
