Sustainability at a Glance

The report presents REN’s 2025 sustainability performance, including 175,672 tCO2eq of total greenhouse gas emissions, 1,306,693 MWh of energy consumed, and 66% green energy in operations. It reports 792 employees, with women representing 25.1% of the workforce, and 33% women on the 15-member Board of Directors. The company carried out a new double materiality analysis covering 76 impacts, risks and opportunities and identified nine priority topics. REN also tracks a commitment to achieve carbon neutrality in operations by 2040.
