The report describes Renewi's FY23 performance as a year of increased circularity, with the recycling rate rising to 63.6% and 7mT of secondary materials returned to reuse. It reports a 9% reduction in scope 1 and 2 emissions, a 42.9% share of renewable electricity, and newly mapped scope 3 emissions. The company also began limited assurance of its scope 1 and 2 carbon footprint and submitted a near-term science-based target to SBTi.
