The report highlights Renold's acquisition and integration of the German Tooth Chain business as a major step in its STEP 2020 plan, while Group revenue fell 8.9% to £165.2m and adjusted operating margin remained 8.6%. The company reported more than 50% improvement in health and safety accident-rate KPIs, with all major manufacturing sites certified to OHSAS 18001. It also reported year-on-year reductions in Scope 1 and Scope 2 GHG emissions, to 8,097 and 18,012 tonnes CO2e respectively.
