Annual Report and Accounts

The report describes Renold's strong FY22 recovery, including record revenue of £195.2m, alongside the first substantial implementation of its Group sustainability approach. It established a Sustainability Steering Group and Group-level projects covering energy, carbon emissions, packaging and product impacts. The report also presents a reviewed emissions dataset, independently verified by Carbon Decoded, and detailed workforce safety and diversity information, including 1,817 employees at year end.
