Annual Report

The report describes a 2010 group-wide code of conduct, continued energy and water saving, health and safety programmes, and participation in CDP and sustainability benchmarks. It reports CO2 emissions of 269,415 tonnes, down from 301,509 tonnes in 2009, while its colleague survey reached 33,364 participants. The report also highlights a 76% positive health-and-safety priority response and a group lost-time accident rate of 1.72 per 100,000 hours worked.
