The report covers Reply Group's 2020 non-financial performance, prepared under GRI's In accordance - Core approach and subject to limited assurance. It reports 9,017 employees at year-end, Scope 1 emissions of 4,518 tonnes CO2, and location-based Scope 2 emissions of 3,831 tonnes CO2eq. Renewable electricity represented 77.9% of total electricity consumed, while pandemic restrictions reduced energy use and emissions.
