Integrated Management Report

The report describes Repsol's 2022 progress toward its energy transition, including a 29% reduction in absolute Scope 1+2 emissions against the 2016 base year and a net-zero emissions commitment for 2050. It reports 23,810 employees and addresses workforce safety, including three contractor fatalities during the year. The sustainability section covers water reuse, waste management, biodiversity, human rights, supply-chain due diligence, and ethics and compliance. Sustainability reporting is presented under GRI, SASB, TCFD and EU Taxonomy frameworks and was subject to PwC limited assurance.
