Overview

The report describes a successful 2015 financial year alongside a major expansion of the Power to Make a Difference community programme. The Bank more than doubled its previous CSR pledge to $186 million and pursued 17 projects focused on youth empowerment, literacy, culture, environmental awareness and support for differently abled people. It also highlights staff volunteerism and continued investment in service quality, training and communities.
