The report describes RBI's 2021 sustainability progress across its Good Food, Good Planet, and Good People and Communities pillars. It highlights a company-set net-zero emissions target for 2050 and 50% 2030 reductions for absolute Scope 1 and 2 emissions and Scope 3 intensity. It also reports 87% of in-scope palm oil as RSPO-certified Mass Balance or better, while 40% of global corporate employees were women and 61% of 2021 corporate hires through the new process added to company diversity.
