Annual Report

The report covers Retail Estates' 2021-2022 financial year and introduces a strategic ESG framework built around Green Retail Estates and Partner of Choice. It describes a 2021 ESG materiality matrix, energy screenings, 31 building-envelope renovations, photovoltaic installations, and the transition to green electricity for common areas.
