Sustainability Report

The report presents Covanta's 2022 sustainability highlights, including 21M tons of waste diverted, 10M MWh equivalent of renewable energy generated, and 19M tons of GHGs avoided. It describes eight acquisitions in under a year to expand wastewater, medical-waste, alternative-fuel and waste-to-product capabilities. Community programs included 470 engagements and 6,000+ employee hours.
