The report presents Rexel's new 2024 double materiality analysis, identifying 17 sustainability issues and 30 impacts, risks and opportunities. It highlights SBTi-approved emissions reduction targets covering Scopes 1, 2 and 3, with a pathway to net zero by 2050. The brochure also reports workforce and value-chain initiatives, including Skill UP training, the Women in Rexel network and 30% women in leadership positions.
