Sustainability Report

The report presents Rieter's 2012 sustainability performance across economic, social and environmental pillars. It reports 131000 MWh of energy consumption, 421000 m3 of water consumption and 86% external waste recycling, while noting that the environmental dataset covers Rieter Textile Systems after the 2011 divisional separation. Workforce disclosures include 4 720 full-time employees, 3.5 days of training per staff member and no occupational fatalities.
