Overview

The report describes employee-wide performance reviews, adviser training and certification, and the establishment of a whistleblower scheme. The company also pursued electronic document handling, video conferencing, energy-saving workstations and car-sharing to reduce environmental impacts. Community contributions included DKK 155 million in corporation and payroll tax and sponsorship agreements with more than 700 local clubs and associations. In December 2014, the board adopted a code of conduct covering employees, the board and general management.
