Non-Financial Sustainability Information Statement

The report describes Robert Walters' 2025 ESG strategy across six pillars, informed by a 2022 double-materiality assessment. It reports 2025 Scope 1 emissions of 507 tCO2e, Scope 2 of 1,096 tCO2e and Scope 3 of 604 tCO2e, as well as total energy consumption of 5,524,311 kWh; total Group emissions were 51% below the 2019 baseline. The Group states a Scope 1 and 2 net-zero target for 2040 and Board-level ESG oversight. It also reports continued UN Global Compact participation and highlights the Global Angels Eco-Dome Village community project.
