Sustainability Report

The report describes ROL's 2023 sustainability performance across climate, resource use and workforce topics. Energy consumption fell to 14,929 MWh, while Scope 1 and 2 emissions were reported as reduced by 34% from the 2021 base year. The company reported 85% renewable electricity, 13.4 megaliters of water consumption and 3,964 tons of waste, with 830 employees at year-end. It also records progress on materiality, supplier sustainability and occupational health and safety, while stating that the report was not externally assured.
