Annual Report

The report describes Rolls-Royce's 2024 transformation, including its new purpose and behaviours and a goal of becoming a high-performing, competitive, resilient and growing business. It reports a commitment to reduce Group Scope 1 + 2 emissions by 46% by 2030 from a 2019 baseline and to reach net zero by 2050. The sustainability section covers energy transition, responsible consumption, people and culture, ethics and climate governance. The report also reports 42,400 employees on a monthly-average basis and 50% female representation on the Board.
