Overview

The report covers the Group's 2022 sustainability performance and reports a consolidated GHG footprint of 112,217 tCO2-e, including 102,084 tCO2-e of Scope 3 emissions. It reports a carbon-intensity target of -5% p.a. through 2026, while actual 2022 intensity was 148 gCO2-e per CHF of revenue versus 140 expected. The workforce totaled 1,253 employees; 40 occupational accidents occurred, with no serious accidents affecting employees or subcontractors. Environmental initiatives included reforestation of 50 hectares in Upper Guinea and 82,000 trees planted in Nepal with Romande Energie's support.
