Sustainability Report

The report highlights Rosneft's 2021 operational GHG emissions of 72.7 mln of CO2-eq., a total energy consumption of 568.9 mln GJ and a year-end workforce of 334.6 thousand employees. It reports progress toward climate goals, including a 10% year-on-year reduction in operational GHG emissions and a Scope 1 and 2 carbon-neutrality target for 2050. The report also describes extensive environmental, occupational safety and social programmes across the Group Subsidiaries. An independent practitioner performed a limited assurance engagement over the Sustainability Report.
