Overview

The report presents Rosneft's 2022 sustainability performance across climate, environmental management, health and safety, personnel and regional development. Operational GHG emissions totalled 71.9 million tonnes of CO2-equiv., comprising 55.8 million tonnes of Scope 1 and 16.1 million tonnes of Scope 2 emissions. Fresh water consumption fell 7% year-on-year to 348 million cu m, while total energy consumption was 560.5 million GJ. The report also records a year-end headcount of 336.2 thousand people and describes the Company's continuing biodiversity, land remediation and social investment programmes.
