Sustainability Report

The report highlights record green investment of nearly RUB 77 bln and approximately 8 million tree seedlings planted in 2025. It reports an average workforce of 320 thousand people and describes continuing employee-support and development programmes. Environmental work also included releasing 19.4 million fish fingerlings and larvae into water bodies. These results sit alongside the company's longer-term sustainability strategy and biodiversity research.
