Annual Report

The report describes 2014 as the first year of Rostelecom's updated strategy, with a focus on developing digital services, improving customer care, and streamlining operations. Consolidated revenue was RUB 310.9 billion, while broadband and pay-TV subscriber bases grew to 11.2 million and 8.0 million. The company expanded fibre coverage by 6.6 million households and continued its government-backed Bridging the Digital Divide project. It completed the transfer of its mobile assets into a joint venture with Tele2 Russia, in which it held a 45% economic interest.
