Corporate Responsibility Report

The report describes the company's 2020 progress in responsible business, people, environmental management, community investment and responsible investment. Operational market-based GHG emissions fell 61% to 10,753.6 tCO2e, while 85% of reported office electricity procurement came from renewable sources. The company also expanded inclusion, wellbeing, volunteering and COVID-19 community support initiatives. The Corporate Responsibility report received a limited assurance conclusion from KPMG S.A.
