The report records Rotork’s 2013 expansion, including four acquisitions and revenue growth to £578.4m. It reports Group Scope 1, 2, and 3 greenhouse-gas emissions of 5,024, 5,317, and 2,284 tonnes, respectively, and says Scope 1 and 2 emissions decreased by 7.1% per million pounds of turnover. Its CSR disclosure covers the environment, ethics and values, health and safety, and community involvement, including donations to WaterAid and the Institute of Cancer Research. The report also sets a 2014 goal of reducing carbon emissions against revenue by 3%.
