Corporate Social Responsibility Report

The report presents Royal Mail Group's 2008/09 CSR performance across workplace, community, environment and marketplace activities. It reports total CO2 emissions of 810,301.7 tonnes and renewable energy procurement at 98.7% of electricity consumption. The Group also describes progress in volunteering, safety governance and employee health support. The CSR report received independent AA1000AS assurance from Two Tomorrows.
