Overview

The report states that the company expanded sustainability reporting beyond its commerce business to cover all business units. In 2023, it strengthened sustainability governance through a Corporate Governance and Sustainable Development Committee and continued initiatives on supplier ESG assessment, diversity and inclusion, climate-change knowledge, and the RS Net Zero project.
