Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG Report

The report presents RTX's 2020 group-level CSR and ESG activities across Denmark, Hong Kong and the United States. It describes a materiality-based approach to prioritizing CSR risks and assigns overall CSR reporting responsibility to Executive Management. The RTX Group employed 294 people at the end of the 2019/20 financial year. Its highlighted SDG focus areas were 4, 5, 9, 10 and 12.
