Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG Report

The report covers RTX Group's 2020/21 CSR and ESG performance, including 280 employees and a materiality-based approach to prioritizing CSR risks. It reports the first Scope 1 and 2 measurement for the 2020 baseline: 22.9 CO2e tons for Scope 1 and 519.6 CO2e tons location-based Scope 2, alongside 677.9 CO2e tons market-based Scope 2. Energy consumption was 723 MWh in 2020/21. The report also records zero women on the Board of Directors and a new ambition of at least 20% female board representation by 2024.
