Corporate Social Responsibility and ESG Report

The report presents RTX Group's 2021/22 CSR and ESG approach across Denmark, Hong Kong and the United States, grounded in the UN Global Compact and selected Sustainable Development Goals. It reports 2021 Scope 1 emissions of 26.8 CO2e tons and location-based Scope 2 emissions of 523.8 CO2e tons, while describing reductions in electricity consumption. The Group employed 294 people at the financial-year end, and the female share among shareholder-elected board members reached 33%, with a new 40% objective set for 2026.
