S-OIL ESG Report 2023

The report describes S-OIL's double-materiality assessment of 21 issues and Board-level oversight of climate performance. It highlights a 35% carbon-reduction target compared with 2030 BAU, operational carbon-management initiatives, and carbon capture of approximately 100,000 tons of carbon dioxide. The ESG databook reports 2023 Scope I and Scope II emissions of 7,925 and 1,773 thousand tons CO2eq, respectively, alongside broad employee, energy, water, waste, and governance disclosures. An independent KPC assurance statement covers the report using AA1000AS(v3) and ISAE 3000.
