Overview

The report introduces the five-year “Beautiful Ambition: SASA 2025” framework, linking customer service, resource efficiency, talent and sustainable growth. It reports a 38% GHG-reduction target against the 2014/15 level and 12,074 tonnes of CO2e in 2019/20 within the ESG report's Hong Kong and Macau scope.
