The report records a 2012 carbon footprint of 24,493 tonnes CO2 equivalent, down 4.8% from 2011. It also reports zero waste to landfill at the Newcastle headquarters, alongside wider efforts to reduce energy use and travel. Women made up 29% of the Board.
