The report describes a transition year for Saipem, with adjusted EBIT returning to profit at €465 million and new contracts reaching a record €17,971 million. It also reports a reduction in net debt to €4,424 million. On sustainability, the company expanded its materiality analysis to involve external stakeholders from key operating areas and continued local community and Local Content initiatives.
