Sustainability Report

The report describes Saipem's 2020 transition strategy, including a group target to reduce Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 50% by 2035 from a 2018 baseline. It reports 35,023 employees, 15,523 TJ total energy consumption, 1,123.0 kt CO2 eq Scope 1, 19.2 kt CO2 eq Scope 2 and 1,264.9 kt CO2 eq Scope 3. Safety performance improved to a 0.36 TRIFR, although two fatal accidents occurred. The report was prepared in accordance with GRI Standards and received limited assurance from KPMG S.p.A.
