Annual Report

The report describes Saipem's difficult 2021 financial performance, including adjusted consolidated operating revenues of €6,875 million and a significant EBITDA loss linked to project backlog reviews. It sets out a Net-Zero programme targeting a 50% reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2035 and Scope 2 carbon neutrality by 2025. The Consolidated Non-Financial Statement applies GRI Core reporting, considers SASB indications and introduces a double materiality approach. The report also records 32,041 full-consolidated employees at period end and 13,691 TJ of total energy consumption.
