Overview

The report describes Sampo Group's 2020 response to COVID-19, the acquisition and gradual integration of Hastings, and expanded sustainability reporting. Operational GHG emissions fell to 11,326.8 metric tons, while year-end employees increased to 13,178 FTE following the acquisition. The Sampo plc board included three women, representing 37.5 per cent and meeting its gender target.
