Overview

The report introduces Samsonite's Our Responsible Journey strategy around innovative products, carbon action, people focused and thriving supply chain. In 2019, it reported a total Scope 1 and 2 footprint of 27,299 tonnes CO2e and revised its 2017 and 2018 footprint estimates after correcting facility energy-use data. It also highlighted recycled-material product innovation, 116,330 trees planted worldwide, and a global workforce of around 14,500 people.
