Our Responsible Journey

The report describes Samsonite Group's 2025 progress under its Responsible Journey strategy. It received formal validation for near-term science-based targets, including a 42% absolute reduction in Scope 1 and 2 emissions by 2030 and a 52% intensity reduction for Scope 3 purchased goods and services. The company maintained 100% renewable electricity in its own operations and reported 2,623 MT CO2e of Scope 1 emissions and 694,934 MT CO2e of 2024 Scope 3 emissions. Product highlights included global launches of more repairable and recycled-material collections, while the year-end workforce was approximately 12,350 employees and women represented 37.5% of the Board.
