Sustainability Report

The report is Samsung Engineering's first sustainability report and documents its 2011 approach to sustainability, including stakeholder-based materiality testing and a company-wide CSR structure. It reports consolidated revenue of KRW 9,298,184 million, 80,713 tCO2e of Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions, 1,894,948 tCO2e of Scope 3 emissions, 1,030,151 GJ of energy use and 7,620 employees. The report also describes green-management systems, workforce development, local-community programs and a GRI G3.1 Application Level B+ confirmation. Independent assurance covered the sustainability reporting process and GHG inventory.
