Overview

The report describes the 2024 launch of the Rural Upliftment Program to expand economic opportunities and sustainable livelihoods in rural communities. It reports 1,298 employees, with women representing 48% of the workforce, and 13,120+ internal training hours. Sustainability governance was strengthened through a Board Subcommittee on Sustainability and an Executive Committee on Sustainability. The bank also began phased internal carbon-footprint data gathering focused initially on Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions.
