Overview

The report describes Sanlam's 2015 sustainability performance across governance, people, society and environmental impact. The company reported 12 988 employees and R194,9 million in skills development spend, while its carbon emissions were 54 029 tCO2e and Scope 3 emissions were reported at 16 850 tCO2e. Total water usage was 65 275 kl, supported by continued WWF-SA water-security work. EY provided limited assurance over selected GHG and water indicators.
