Overview

The report describes Sanlam's 2020 resilience response to COVID-19, including R2,25 billion committed to seed three impact funds and wide-ranging client, employee and community support. It reports 147 541 employees across 44 countries and a 2020 carbon footprint of 51 652.03 tCO2e, with Scope 1, 2 and 3 separately disclosed for the environmental reporting boundary. It also records A- and C CDP scores, SASB reporting and SES committee oversight of ESG matters.
