The report presents Sanlam Group's 2022 sustainability performance across its African, Indian and Malaysian operations, covering ESG governance, employees, investment activities, society and resource use. It reports 33% female representation on the Board, a 10% emissions and water reduction target against 2019 values by 2025, and 2022 Scope 1, 2 and 3 emissions of 2 821,21, 33 605,31 and 22 983,52 tCO2e respectively. The Group also reports independent third-party verification of its 2022 GHG inventory under ISO 14064-3:2006 and a B CDP climate score.
