Sustainability Report

The report presents Cambio's sustainability work through four areas: Business Ethics, Climate and the Environment, People Success, and Economic Sustainability. It reports that 96% of employees completed Code of Ethics and Conduct training, including anti-corruption training. The 2021 results also record zero workplace accidents, while global workforce representation was 41.9% women and 58.1% men. Climate reporting remained under development, with complete Scope 1 and 2 footprint calculation planned for 2022.
