Annual Report

The report describes SEML's FY2025-26 transformation into a larger integrated energy, mining and metals enterprise. Consolidated revenue from operations reached ₹ 5,690.45 crore, while the company reported record production across pellets, sponge iron and HB wire and materially reduced consolidated net debt. Sustainability highlights include hydropower and solar expansion, electric replacement of diesel loaders, zero-liquid-discharge practices and conversion of industrial waste into mineral wool and eco-bricks. The BRSR Core KPIs were independently subject to reasonable assurance by Moore Singhi Advisors LLP.
