The report describes Ma’aden’s continued growth in 2013, including a workforce of 5,763 direct employees at year-end. It says the company formalized its sustainability initiatives into a company-wide strategy and continued to develop environmental, health and safety practices. Ma’aden also reports investing SAR 3.5 million in communities near its operations.
