Overview

The report describes Aramco's 2021 ambition to achieve net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions across wholly-owned operated assets by 2050. It reports Scope 1 emissions of 55.0 million metric tons of CO2e and Scope 2 emissions of 17.1 million metric tons of CO2e, alongside a biodiversity policy, freshwater conservation efforts and major mangrove and tree-planting initiatives. The report also records one contractor fatality and workforce progress on diversity and inclusion, including female representation of 5.6% among Company employees.
