Overview

The report describes Aramco's 2023 sustainability performance through its climate ambition, emissions profile, safety outcomes, people development and environmental programs. It reports ambitions for net-zero Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions by 2050 and identifies five levers to abate emissions by 2035. The report also records three contractor fatalities, 73,311 company employees and freshwater consumption of 89.90 million cubic meters. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board through its Sustainability, Risk and HSE Committee.
