Overview

The report describes Aramco's 2023 sustainability performance across climate, safety, environmental impact, and societal value. It reports 54.4 MMtCO2e of Scope 1 emissions, 13.0 MMtCO2e of market-based Scope 2 emissions, and an 85.6% net positive biodiversity impact. The report also highlights 73,311 employees, three contractor fatalities, and $475 million of social investment. Sustainability oversight is assigned to the Board and its Sustainability, Risk and HSE Committee.
